No, short-term leases are not available at The Cannery at The Packing District. Standard lease terms are designed for residents seeking a lasting home in Orlando’s Packing District. 

Rent at The Cannery at The Packing District includes your apartment and water and sewer services. Utilities beyond these services are not included. Additional community fees will include items such as valet trash, pest control, Fetch delivery service, and damage liability waiver. Residents can choose from Spectrum, AT&T, or Verizon for internet and cable services. High-speed connectivity ensures reliable streaming, remote work, and entertainment throughout the community.

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal using ACH transfer, credit, or debit cards. Automatic payment options are also available for convenience.

Pets are subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one or $500 for two pets, with a maximum of two pets per home. Additionally, residents pay $30 monthly pet rent per pet. These fees help maintain pet amenities and ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents.

Yes, service animals are allowed in accordance with fair housing regulations. The leasing team is available to assist with documentation and accommodation requests. 

Pets are limited to 100 pounds, and aggressive or exotic breeds are restricted. Residents should refer to the pet policy or contact the leasing office for a complete list of restrictions and guidelines.
